EXHIBITOR STANDS
REGISTRATION TERMS 

Please note that registration is not complete until full payment has been received. GABS reserves the right to refuse registrations after payment has been received at our absolute discretion. For registrations that are not approved, the registration fee will be refunded in full, including the booking fee.

Cancellation & Postponement

  1. For any stand purchases made prior to the 15 November 2024, you have a 30 day cooling off period, from the date of purchase. You can advise the organise in writing with 30 days of purchase of your request to cancel your booking and you may request a full refund of the stand fee, less booking fees. Any requests received outside the 30 day cooling off period will not qualify for a full refund and the terms in point 2 and 3 will apply.
  2. If you purchase a stand between 15th November 2024 and prior to 15 December 2024, or if you have purchased a stand prior to these dates and not actioned a request within your cooling off period stated in 1 and advise the organiser prior to 31 December 2025, in writing that you are unable to attend the event, you will qualify for a 50% refund of the stand fee, less booking fees.
  3. Any stands purchased after the 15th December 2024 or any cancellation requests received after the 31 December 2024 on stands purchased prior to the 15th December 2024 will for 0% refund. You may request to have your stand considered for a roll over to the same event for the following year. Roller over request are considered on merit and approved or rejected at the sole discretion of the organiser.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, for any reason whatsoever, all exhibitor stands will automatically be transferred to the new event date(s).

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, for any reason beyond the organiser’s control, all exhibitor stands will automatically be transferred to the applicable 2026 GABS event(s).

Waiting List

If you’ve missed out on a stand, just follow the registration link and select the ‘Waiting List’ option to sign up. We do get stand cancellations in the lead up to the event and approximately 50% of those who sign up are offered a stand on a first come, first served basis.
