APPLICATION & BOOKING TERMS

The application form is an expression of interest, not a contract / offer of engagement. All applications will be assessed for eligibility, range, suitability and venue compliance. Outcome of application will be confirmed by GABS.  

Offers to trade will be extended to successful applicants via a registration link requiring payment within 5 business days to accept the offer and secure your booking. If no response/payment is received, the offer will be withdrawn and extended to the next eligible applicant.

Please note that registration is not complete until full payment has been received. GABS reserves the right to refuse registrations after payment has been received at our absolute discretion. For registrations that are not approved, the registration fee will be refunded in full, including the booking fee.

Cancellation & Postponement

  1. If you purchase a stand  prior to 31 December 2025 and advise the organiser prior to 31 December 2025, in writing that you are unable to attend the event, you may request to have your stand considered for a roll over to the same event for the following year. Roll over requests are considered on merit and approved or rejected at the sole discretion of the organiser.
  2. Any requests to cancel your stand after 31 December 2025 will not qualify for a refund or rollover.

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, for any reason whatsoever, all vendor sites will automatically be transferred to the new event date(s).

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, for any reason beyond the organiser’s control, all vendor sites will automatically be transferred to the applicable 2027 GABS event(s).
