Each year, craft brewers from Australia, New Zealand, and beyond come together to unveil their latest innovations at GABS, where creativity knows no bounds. Our distinctive 120-tap Festival Bars serve as the ultimate stage for these unique brews and cocktails, each one a testament to the artistry of brewing. Many attract significant media coverage well before the festival and all are eligible for the coveted GABS People’s Choice Award.

ELIGIBILITY =
NEW BREW
There’s just one golden rule. A GABS Festival Brew must be a new brew that you have never released before. It can be made in any style, whether it’s something traditional, perhaps with a twist, or a highly creative brew with exotic ingredients.
REGISTRATION
Submissions for GABS 2025 FESTIVAL BREWS ARE NOW CLOSED.
Once submissions close, the GABS team will review the list of brews. We will be in touch to confirm if your registration has been successful and provide information on the next steps regarding our keg order.
While we will make every effort to accommodate all registrations, we are restricted to the limited number of taps available and reserve the right to select participating brews at our absolute discretion.

Each year, we call on festival attendees to let us know which Festival Beer they deemed their favourite. We’ll let fans know that they can vote via the festival web app and we encourage you to do the same.
