Please note that registration is not complete until full payment has been received. GABS reserves the right to refuse registrations after payment has been received at our absolute discretion. For registrations that are not approved, the registration fee will be refunded in full, including the booking fee.

Cancellation & Postponement

MELBOURNE

1. For stand cancellations received on or before 31 December 2026, exhibitors will receive a 50% refund of the total stand fee.
2. For stand cancellations received on or after 1 January 2027, no refund will be provided

SYDNEY

1. For stand cancellations received on or before 31 December 2026, exhibitors will receive a 75% refund of the total stand fee.
2. For stand cancellations received on or before 30 June 2027, exhibitors will receive a 50% refund of the total stand fee.
3. For stand cancellations received on or after 1 July 2027, no refund will be provided

Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, for any reason whatsoever, all exhibitor stands will automatically be transferred to the new event date(s).

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, for any reason beyond the organiser’s control, all exhibitor stands will automatically be transferred to the applicable 2028 GABS event(s).

Waiting List

If the event that you’re interested in is sold out, please register to our ‘Waiting List’ via this link. In the event of a cancellation in the lead up to the event, stands will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
