Started in 2023 through our GABS Cares program, in partnership with Hop Products Australia (HPA), we are proud to continue with this initiative to support new and emerging Australian breweries through the Up & Coming Brewers Bar.

The GABS Festival Up & Coming Brewers Bar showcases four breweries who are new or emerging in each state. This is a fully sponsored opportunity for the selected breweries who will be offered a shared stand with all bar and beer tap equipment provided. In addition, the successful breweries receive up to 20kg of the highest quality Aussie, international or innovative hop products from our partners at HPA to make a sensational festival beer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELiGIBILITY

The Up & Coming Brewers Bar is open to all breweries who meet the following criteria; brewery launched after 1 January 2020, have never exhibited at a GABS Festival previously and must be planning to launch, or already retailing in the same state as the festival applied for.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Applications for 2025 will open later this year. Once you have submitted an expression of interest form, your submission will be assessed and if successful further information on the next steps will be provided to you. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate. GABS’ decision on this is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Standard GABS trading terms apply at the festival. More information available on request.
