• Site set up and pack down – The GABS team will set up the stand inclusions as above, but it is the exhibitor’s responsibility to set up their own equipment, decorations and so on. A schedule will be provided with access times.
• Additional furniture & features – You will be able to book directly through Select Exhibitions for any special requirements such as additional furniture, power, equipment, lights or infrastructure for your stand.
• Tap systems – GABS Exhibitors who want to offer tap beers must provide all equipment necessary for their own tap system. Please ensure your tap system flow rate is suitable for pouring into 100ml tasting cups. If you do not own your own system, GABS has a limited stock of bar setups for hire. • Stock Logistics – Exhibitors are responsible for booking transport of stock with their preferred provider, ensuring delivery is compliant with venue access times. ALL stock must be clearly labelled for move in / out. GABS will accept and manage stock onsite on your behalf, however due to volume of kegs received we will not be liable for lost or missing kegs.
• Sufficient product – Expected numbers are for each city are indicated on the Trade Hub, subject to increase as regulations allow.
• Permits & Paperwork – Various permits, licences and information is required for compliance and festival operations. Further information will be provided in due course. All exhibitors in Melbourne will be required to complete a event liquor license which will be additional cost.
• Product & Pricing – A complete product list detailing name, type and ABV of beverage for promotion and pricing for upload to POS system. Exhibitors are responsible for their own menu boards.
• Operational Plans – Arrangements for site deliveries, operations and order requirements. Delivery/collection of hire items and / or stock to site within scheduled time frames.
• Crew Management – Knowledgeable and engaging crew in sufficient quantities to keep up with demand. Stands serving alcohol must supply valid copies of ALL crew RSA’s compliant with the relevant state’s legislation. Strictly 18+
• Safety Compliance – Provide own hi-vis for Bump In / Bump Out. Venue will not be accessible without hi-vis clothing and/or vest and closed-toe shoes during this period. A safety induction may be required prior to access.
• Marketing – Option to offer promotional giveaways, Logo artwork for web site & advertising etc., Listing of GABS on your social media sites
• Charity raffle – A donation of a 4-pack/6-pack/ merch item to put towards the charity raffle for:
  • Melbourne – The Royal Childrens Hospital
  • Sydney: St Vinnies de Paul Society
• Public Liability Insurance – Each company must provide Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20million
